International context of the research

 

 

Regarding the scenario of research work in the international context, Uniautónoma del Cauca has managed to build agendas with universities from different countries, with whom it has been able to publish books resulting from research processes among professors of this house of studies, as well as professors. of public and private universities in the international context. Some of these works are: “The construction of peace”, a book published with the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos in Mexico. In the same way, the book entitled “ Social “Social Innovation Laboratories”, published with the Autonomous University of Baja California and an important group of professors of the Uniautónoma del Cauca in education issues, among another group of books published with international publishers.

In the same way, scientific knowledge dissemination activities have been developed, through which works of social appropriation of knowledge have been made evident, in seminars, conferences, talks and virtual and face-to-face meetings, where they have been achieved. products of new knowledge and projects with international actors.

Now, in this opportunity, it is sought as a result of the international academic missions, in particular with the last mission made in the United Arab Emirates, and in universities of high international prestige such as the University of Dubai , to be achieved during the course of the year  2022, to establish joint working alliances for the publication of research products between professors of both institutions, as well as and to achieve exchanges and research stays of our students and professors in universities of this important country in the Middle East.

Regarding research activity in the international context, this vice-rectory and the group of academic authorities of the institution, guide all their efforts so that the development of research projects of different kinds can be carried out in conjunction with the international academic community, seeking that the university levels can live much more global experiences, without forgetting the solution of specific problems that need to be addressed in the local and departmental context of Colombia in which the Uniautónoma del Cauca is located.
